How It Works:
Our reservationless and toll free conference calling service provides two codes, a moderator and a participant code.
The moderator will distribute their toll free number and participant code. The participants simply call into the toll free number, enter their code, and will be connected to the conference.
For added security, participants will only be able to hold for five minutes without a moderator in the conference room before the system will notify them to call back later.

How are the minutes tabulated?
First 500 minutes: If you hold an hour long call with five participants, it is a total of 300 minutes. That leaves only 200 minutes to fill in order to get our best rate. The total cost for 300 minutes is $17.70 minutes. (300 x .059 = $17.70)
Over 500 minutes: After 500 minutes are reached, the rate decreases to 3.9 cents for ALL minutes used. Take the same situation with the same call, but you hold it twice a month. An hour long call with five participants that happens twice a month would be 600 minutes. The total cost would become 23.40 at a 3.9 per minute/per participant rate. (600 x .039 = $23.40)
Once you breach the 500 minute mark all minutes will be billed per 30-day billing cycle at the 3.9 cent rate.
