International Conference Calls

Corporate Conference Calls has three available ways to allow international participants to join your conference call.

1. Our premium international plan provides international toll free access from a number of countries for participants to join your conference call. See List of Countries

2. Your account includes a direct dial access number. With this number, participants are able to call and enter their code to access the conference. Participants using direct dial access are responsible for any long distance charges, if any, incurred with their service providers.

3. Out-dial options are available with which the moderator calls then brings participants to the conference. (We can do this for you, if you prefer.) While in the conference, the moderator presses *1 on the telephone keypad, leaving the conference on hold. The moderator then dials the new participant’s phone number plus #. Once the participant answers, the moderator then presses *2 to bring them both to the conference. Pressing *3 hangs up if the participant fails to answer, returning the moderator to the conference.

Out dial services are available to most countries. We provide domestic access to all numbers in the US and Canada. Land lines in many countries can be dialed for no additional cost. Premium or mobile rates may be higher.***

How it Works
Moderators and participants dial our 404 (Atlanta) number (not a toll-free call). Or the moderator can dial out to bring participants to the conference. Download and return the International form to activate this feature.

Setting up an international plan is easy. Once you do, you will receive an email detailing your access phone numbers, moderator code, and participant code. There’s no need to schedule a conference, as we are reservationless up to 50 lines per call.

Sign up online through Corporate Conference Calls then complete the International form for activation. This form needs to be completed and faxed to 1-800-909-7994. Someone will get back to you.

The International Rates will be added to the regular per-minute rates.

How to Dial-Out to Participants

Dial-Out to a participant instructions

By pressing *1, the “leader” is temporarily removed from the conference and can dial out to a participant.
Press *2: After dialing out to the participant, the “leader” can press *2 to return to the conference with the new participant.
Press *3: The “leader” can press *3 to return to the conference without the new participant if the line is busy or voicemail picks up.
